Concessions coordinator
|
Coordinates the coverage for the concession stand during the Basketball season. This role does NOT mean that you need to tend to the concession stand every weekend, but rather that you coordinate the coverage by other parents/guardians. In addition to coordinating stand coverage, you will also be ordering/purchasing food and supplies.
|
The concession stand typically runs every Saturday from the first weekend of November to the last week of February.
|
No bagels, coffee, and worst of all, no donuts without this incredibly important role.

SJSA program volunteers

Uniform coordinator

Responsible for choosing and ordering all St. John’s apparel for all sports.
This person will work with the league coordinators, coaches of all sports, and the Treasurer to maintain a common St. John’s theme for all apparel.

This role will require attention in the weeks leading up to each season.
